Our company occupies a new building with an area of 400 sq meters in Dickweiler, Luxembourg. We started manufacturing in July, 2021.
We have chosen new Mazak machines to enable us to manufacture any components that is asked of us to the highest standard.
We are dedicated to providing cost effective solutions for our customers to help them be competitive.

We have over 25 years of manufacturing experience in Aviation, Motorsport and the medical sectors. From one off pieces to production runs we can do it all.

Our brand new Mazak CV5-500 5 axis milling machine has a 12000 rpm spindle. X axis stroke of 730mm, Y axis stroke of 470mm and Z axis stroke of 470mm.

Our workholding is provided by Schunk benelux along with their Tribos and Tendo toolholders. Our tooling is supplied by Iscar, Kennametal and Precitool.

We also utilise in process probing using our Renishaw RMP600 probe and their set and inspect software.

Our Mazak QTC300MSYL lathe is equiped with axial and radial milling capability, also a sub spindle enabling us to make complex mill-turn components completly finished. We also use a 1.5 mtr LNS bar feeder enabling us to run large production runs effectively.
